Terms and Conditions

All purchases made through this website, or over the phone through customer service, are subject to the following Terms & Conditions.

In any and all bookings, the person making the booking shall be deeemed to have accepted these conditions on behalf of the guest(s) named in the booking.

No variation of these Terms & Conditions shall be in effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of the company. Upon release of payment and guarantee of booking, all guests submit 100% compliance to the following Terms & Conditions Policy.

Should any doubt or dispute with said Terms & Conditions arise before booking, guests are requested to contact the company before confirming a booking.

JB Experiences is an extension of JOE BANANA LIMOS & TRAVEL S.R.L. All services are fulfilled and provided by JOE BANANA LIMOS & TRAVEL S.R.L. Elements of your services may be provided by third parties under a contract with JOE BANANA LIMOS & TRAVEL S.R.L.


GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRIVATE AND GROUP TOUR BOOKINGS


BOOKINGS
It is client’s responsibility to provide all the exact and necessary details at the time of the booking.
Be advised that we require twenty-four (24) to forty- eight (48) hours to process the reservations.

  •     PRIVATE BOOKINGS

    Private bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. Please be advised that we require twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours to process the reservations.

  •     SHARED SERVICES

    Each tour has a minimum number of guests requested for the service to run, when booking for a smaller number of guests, you will authomatically receive an email notification once the group is confirmed or in the event group size reduces. Should the service end up not being confirmed you will be refunded for the full amount charged on the credit card at the time of booking. This can take 5-10 working days to appear onto your bank account depending on your bank arrangements.


PROMOTIONAL CODES
If you have a coupon code or qualify for a discount, this must be applied BEFORE purchase and subsequent payment of service. No rate revision will be provided in a second instance.

Promotional codes cannot be stacked, consolidated, transferred, or re-used, unless otherwise noted. All promotional codes have an expiration date, whether explicit or not.

Expiration dates are set at 1 year from issuance when no date is explicitly noted.


PAYMENTS
Payment for services are made automatically at the time of booking using the credit card provided. A receipt for payment will be sent directly to the email address associated with the booking.

JBL & Travel is able to accept payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) as per our payment methods. Your credit card will be charged in Euro currency.

If your shared tour does not meet the minimum number of guests to proceed with the service, and the service is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to the credit card provided at the time of booking.


CANCELLATION
Cancelation policy is 7 or more days before actual date of service. Cancelation of service can be carried out independently by using the log in details provided at the time of booking. The guest will simply log-in and cancel participation from the booking list provided. If this cancelation is made within the mentioned timeframe, a full refund will be issued onto the credit card charged at the time of booking. If said cancelation is carried out outside of the acceptable timeframe or guest is a no show on the day of the service, no refund will be issued.


TICKETS
Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. If your service includes tickets and the tickets have already been purchased when you choose to cancel or change your tour date, you will be financially responsible for the tickets purchased for your service (payment will be automatically processed to the credit card provided at the time of booking) and unfortunately they will no longer be valid for your tour/service.

In regards to tickets included in any reservation, we do wish to advise all guests that availability is generally limited and often quite low, so we will do our best to obtain tickets as soon as they become available. Please be advised that these tickets are non-refundable, and as they will be purchased upon your booking or thereafter in accordance with availability, their cost will be charged to the credit card on file in the event of a cancellation (even if cancellation is made within the timeframe of policy terms).

FORCE MAJEURE

If a site, attraction or visit on your scheduled tour service/itinerary is closed due to force majeure, including strikes, inclement weather conditions or other unforeseen closures, the Company will do its best to contact guests as soon as possible, and offer a suitable substitution, schedule an alternative service, or provide a refund, pending availability and at full discretion of the company.


TRAVEL INSURANCE
The company strongly recommends guests arrange travel insurance to cover cancellations and delays due to unforeseen circumstances, or those beyond all control (e.g. inclement weather, strikes, seismic events, etc). It is also recommended that guests arrange medical and personal insurance to cover any medical expenses, loss of baggage, loss of personal belongings, or other such travel mishaps. Guests agree that both the company and any local partner operators are not liable for any such unforeseen circumstances, and hold both parties harmless. All claims to reimbursements for insurance must go directly through the insurance provider, and not through JOE BANANA LIMOS & TRAVEL S.R.L.


LUGGAGE
When booking a private service and when applicable, quotations are given including 1 large size luggage and 1 carry on per person. Should the number of luggage exceed the above number, the client must inform the company at the time of the request and supplemental/alternative options will be provided at the company's discretion and at a possible extra cost.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TRANSFER SERVICES

LUGGAGE
When booking a private transfer, quotations are given including the related number of luggage per chosen vehicle.  
Should the number of luggage exceed the above number, the client must inform of this at the time of the request.

DELAYS
Airport transfers include 1 hour wait. Any additional time will be charged at the standard hourly rate of 30€. 
Train station transfers include 1 hour wait. Any additional time will be charged at the standard hourly rate of 30€. 

It is the client's responsibility to contact us regarding any changes in travel itineraries, arrival/departure times.

It is the client's responsibility to have all necessary valid passports, visas and other travel documents and to arrive at the correct departure point at the correct time. We decline any responsibility should you miss your flight/train or incur any extra expenses your delay or no-show may cause to you. No refund is due for failure to show up on time for the transfer. Joe Banana Limos & Travel will not be held liable for missed flights/trains/ships/ferries.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOAT TOURS

We reserve the right to cancel boat tours even on the day of the tour itself in accordance with inclement weather, sea conditions, or any reason that would compromise the safe execution of the tour itself.

In the event that the tour is cancelled by the company for any of the above reasons, a full refund will be issued. We will not accept cancelations outside of our normal cancellation policy for any other reason such as based on guest's preference for a sunnier day.

The boat captain (skipper) is in command of the boat. All applicable maritime laws will be followed in accordance with Italian law.
