Cancellation-Policy

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be received seven (7) or more days prior to the scheduled service date. For cancellation requests received outside of these terms or a no show on the date of service, the full amount for the service is still due and no refund will be issued.

Cancellations can be made one of two ways:

1. Cancellation requests by email must be made by clients in writing to: info@jbexperiences.net. The date of cancellation will be calculated based on Italian standard time.

2. Cancellation can also be made directly through the user's private account created at the time of booking.

For cancellation requests received more than 7 days prior to the scheduled service date, a full refund will be issued.
For requests received less than 7 days prior to the scheduled service date and/or no show on date of service, no refund will be issued.

TICKETS
Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. If your service includes tickets and the tickets have already been purchased when you choose to cancel or change your tour date, you will be financially responsible for the tickets purchased for your service (payment will be automatically processed to the credit card provided at the time of booking) and unfortunately they will no longer be valid for your tour/service.

In regards to tickets included in any reservation, we do wish to advise all guests that availability is generally limited and often quite low, so we will do our best to obtain tickets as soon as they become available. Please be advised that these tickets are non-refundable, and as they will be purchased upon your booking or thereafter in accordance with availability, their cost will be charged to the credit card on file in the event of a cancellation (even if cancellation is made within the timeframe of policy terms).
